Obituary for Thomas Anthony Mattingly

Thomas Anthony Mattingly, aged 67, of Lebanon, Kentucky passed away on Monday, February 26, 2018 in Louisville after an illness.
He was born to the late Bernard Abell Mattingly and Lena Mae (Craig) Mattingly on August, 7th 1950 in Marion County, Kentucky.
He is survived by his Brothers: Bernard Mattingly of Lebanon, Wayne Mattingly of Louisville, George Mattingly (Melanie) of Lebanon, Donald Mattingly of Knifley, Steven Mattingly (Margaret) of Calvary, Leonard Mattingly of Mannsville; Sisters: Fay Beach (Charles Whitfill) of Lebanon, Kay DeMurray (Jason) of Campbellsville, Anita Smith (Jerry) of Bardstown; Son: Scott Mattingly (Scarlet) of Versailles, Kentucky; Daughters: Kimberly Lynn Blair, Ashley Thomas (Andy) both of Lebanon, Kentucky and Delanna Hardin (Jeremy) of Springfield, Kentucky and Grandchildren: Landon Mattingly, Alexis Mattingly, Jonathon Blair, Isaac Mattingly, Eli Thomas, Ayva Hardin, Annaliese Hardin and Adelynn Hardin also survive along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services for Mr. Mattingly will be conducted on Thursday, March 1st, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at Campbell-Fisher Funeral Home.
The family requests visitation on Wednesday, February 28th, 2018 after 5:00 P.M. with Prayer Service starting at 7:00P.M. at Campbell-Fisher Funeral Home.
Burial will be in The Holy Name of Mary Catholic Church Cemetery in Calvary, Kentucky.
